What TCP provides
TCP publishes its own originals and editorial summaries and helps you discover third-party reporting, video, podcasts and creator commentary. Ownership and attribution remain with the relevant rights holders. Links and metadata do not imply a licence to reproduce the underlying work.
Accuracy and legal status
Accusations, investigations and charges are not convictions. Creator commentary is not confirmation of a fact. Coverage and legal proceedings may change after indexing. Follow linked reports and original records for context, and use the corrections form to identify an error. A discovery ranking is not an assessment of anyone's guilt.
Distressing subject matter
Stories may discuss homicide, sexual violence, child harm, suicide and other distressing material. Choose what to open and pause or leave at any time. The app does not implement age verification or request your date of birth. It is not an emergency service or a channel for crime tips, confidential evidence or urgent safeguarding concerns.
Third-party services and independence
Publishers and platforms control their own content, advertising, availability and terms. Playback or an embedded widget may be unavailable. TCP is not a court, police agency or an affiliated creator or platform unless a genuine relationship is expressly identified.
Rights and acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, private personal information or abusive requests. For attribution errors or rights/removal requests, provide the affected URL and a concise explanation through Contact. Include only the information necessary for the operator to review your request.
